California-based Coastal Helicopters recently took delivery of their new H125, formerly known as the Airbus AS350 B3e. Bringing their aircraft total to six, the company boasts one of the most diverse fleets in Southern California.
“Metro Aviation’s reputation preceded them,” said a Coastal representative. “Everything we heard about Metro was awesome, and the completion experience exceeded our expectations.”
Coastal Helicopters has a unique business model providing production work, executive charter service and contracting with the U.S. Forestry Service. The new aircraft features a utility configuration and avionics include the G500H and GTN 650/750.
“We are looking forward to utilizing the updated state-of-the-art panel and getting an exclusive use contract with the U.S. Forestry Service,” said Coastal’s representative.
